Booked & Clean provides residential cleaning quote coordination and booking support.
2) Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on information provided by the customer. Final price may change if job scope differs.
3) Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate job details and safe access conditions.
4) Payment and deposits
Where applicable, payment/deposit terms are shown before confirmation.
5) Cancellations and rescheduling
- Free cancellation/reschedule up to 24 hours before appointment.
- Charges may apply for late cancellation/no-show.
6) Quality and complaints
If you’re unhappy with service quality, contact us at hello@bookedandclean.co.uk within 5 days.
7) Liability
Nothing excludes liability where unlawful to do so.
Otherwise, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
8) Website use
Do not misuse this website or attempt unauthorized access.
